Had a great time at this place - amazing accommodation, excellent service, and peaceful ambiance, plus a good breakfast with plenty of delicious options.

The hotel was fairly clean with marvellous location by walk to the centre and cosy rooms. Location near to a bus stop with a direct line to Venice and 1.5 -2 km far from the main train station. Overall a such great stay for 3 nights.

Everything was perfect, had a good stay for 3 nights. I truly enjoyed the street view from the king room. - It had absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location just off good restaurant "Da Gigi Cucina e Pizzeria", the center of Venice and bus stops and tram stops.

The rooms here are clean and comfortable with lovely down pillows, while the staff is attentive and offers excellent service.

Clean bathroom with a bathtub. Good location, only a 10-minute walk to the city center. - Nearby Ferovecio Osteria Industriale is a great place to relax and unwind

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and tram station, making travel to and from Venice easy. the rooms are clean and cozy, and the friendly staff is helpful in providing information about the area. the free parking is a bonus for those arriving by car.

Guests should be aware that the front door of the hotel is closed after a certain hour, and reception is not 24/7 which could pose a problem for late check-in or early check-out.

This hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities, clean rooms, and attentive staff. The location outside of Venice in the quiet residential area of Marghera is a plus, as it provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The inclusion of air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to get to the city. The rooms were clean and quiet. I loved the fact that the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the way they greeted me when I walked in. the affordable price was definitely a plus.

The quality of the equipment in the rooms can be improved as some of the items were old and not functioning well. , it was challenging to find a parking spot in the area.

The lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient, and the latest bus running from the city center to the hotel was at 8 pm, which limited our night-time activities. the walls were quite thin, making it possible to hear noise from adjacent rooms.
